They combine fast food with the health benefits of the Eastern Mediterranean, perfect fit for those who are in a hurry but want to keep yourself (or get) in shape.

You can make your meal in five steps. First, you pick a style (bowl, wrap, pita pocket or minibowl). Then you pick a base – rice, lettuce, potatoes, eggplant, and others. You add protein in the form of tasty specials from the Mediterranean. And then you can pick from spreads, salad, and veggies for the sides. At last, you top with the toppings – yogurt, tahini or hummus. The sides and extras include tasty warm soup and great pitas that you must try.

Dill & Parsley have a superb catering offer. You can pick from traditional lunch/dinner catering (you can get it either self-served, pre-configured bowls, or cold wraps), great pre-made bowls, as well as cold wraps and pita sandwiches.
